Wild whammy vibrato!
Continue doing some crazy shaking on that D note and then Jeff does:
e|-------------------------------------\\\|
B|-------------------------------------\\\|
G|---22HF-22HF-22HF-22HF---15/5-15/5---\\\|
D|-------------------------15/5-15/5---------|
A|-------------------------------------------|
E|-------------------------------------------|
hit that then quickly hit this
e|---26DIVE!|
26 means hit a harmonic near the pickup and then do a slow, sustained whammy dive while:
e|--22~~~~~~~22~~~~~~~~22~~~~~----------------|
B|--------------------------------------------|
G|-------------------------------flutter---|
D|--------------------------------------------|

This is Kings bit during the first Jeff section
return to section 3 horse flutter!
Do these parts about 3 times or so and then in the distance hit this:

B|-----15---------------------------------------|
G|--18------------------------------------------|
D|----------------------------------------------|
A|----------------------------------------------|
E|----------------------------------------------|
repeat these sections and then it ends with horse flutter.
There you go!
