tune the top string to D, the others don't really matter.

in the first part play an F#5 chord and tap at the 9th, 7th, and 12th frets
with the outside of your little finger(or whatever is most comfortable)

(9) denotes tapping at 9th fret while holding F#5 chord.  rhythm may vary
