The other tabs for this song have the correct chords but none of them had
the strumming and the strumming with the lead (which, as I'm surprised no one
noticed/posted, can all be played with one guitar fairly easily.)

Intro/Post-Chorus-
(So this is that melodic part everyone likes so much. It's surprisingly
easy to play but not so easy to tab... Just remember to play it fluidly and
it should sound correct.

^ = Down strum / v = Up strum)
The down strums in the melody are lightly played (and if you chose not to
play them at all it sounds right, though by playing them it adds fullness)
