Oasis - Waiting For The Rapture
Dig Out Your Soul
2008
One of my favourites this song, it's based on the alternate version from
the bonus disc and also the acoustic version Noel did for the Live Lounge
on Radio 1.
Chords:
Am (x02210)
Am/D (x00210)
Fmaj7/C (x33210)
C/G (332010)
E (022100)
E7 (020100)
The struming pattern based on the acoustic version from the live lounge is
pretty much this: D D D U D D D D U before changing to the next chord.
During the intro there's also a hammer-on on the D string during the Am
chord and also during the verses when this chord is played. Noel
also uses a C/G but a regular C can be played. I'm not 100% sure there's
an E7 played but it sounds good anyway when playing on just an acoustic.
