Procession - New Order
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tabbed By : Gallagher2006
Tuning: EBGDAE (6 String bass)
Hey Ive laid this song out in the way that most resembles Hookys 6
string bass, although you can play it quite easily on 4 strings.
Very fun song to play.
For the tone, Id recommend turning up treble and down
bass to get the guitary sound that makes Hook so noticeable
Im just going to give the basic riffs so I dont have to spend
all night typing out the different note values :)
Intro
Repeated until Verse
E|-------------------------------------------|
B|-------------------------------------------|
G|-------------------------------------------|
D|-------------------------------------------|
A|-------------------------------------------|
E|-5--0-5--0-5-0--3---0-3---0-3-0------------|
The verse is just the intro played an octave up
E|-------------------------------------------|
B|-------------------------------------------|
G|-------------------------------------------|
D|--7----7----7-----5---5-----5--------------|
A|-----7----7---7-----7-----7---7------------|
E|-------------------------------------------|
Break section/chorus
E|-------------------------------------------|
B|-------------------------------------------|
G|-------------------------------------------|
D|----------10-------------------10----------|
A|-12--12-------12---12--10--10------10------|
E|-------------------------------------------|
Then the song is repeated
The outro is the in the intros octave, but doesnt play as many opens.
E|-------------------------------------------|
B|-------------------------------------------|
G|-------------------------------------------|
D|-------------------------------------------|
A|-------------------------------------------|
E|-5--0-5---0-5-0---3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3----------|
And that may be the funnest New Order song to play on bass tabbed out :)
