pretty straight forward bass lines. for the first minute of the song i like to do a
harmonic work on the 12th and 5th fret on the D string, y'a know, just to give it a little
flavor.
"in a days museum..." part 1 (this song used to be called "days museum" on one of their
demos--interesting little side-note):
G|--7--9-------------------7--9-----------|
D|--------7--9----------7--------7--9--9--|
A|--------------7--9----------------------|
E|----------------------------------------|
"in a days museum..." part 2:
G|--------------4--------------4------------|
D|--------4--7-----------4--7-----7---------|
A|--5--7-----------5--7----------------9/0--|
E|------------------------------------------|
little bridge:
G|-------------------------------------------|
D|----------------------7--7--7--7--7--7--7--|
A|-----5--2-------5--2-----------------------|
E|--3----------3-----------------------------|
"hand and knuckle..."
G|---------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------|
A|--5--2--2--5--2--2--5--2--2--5--5/7--5-|
E|---------------------------------------|
back to "in a days museum..." part 1
then to the little outro:
G|--4--------------------------------------------------|
D|-----4--7--------------------------------------------|
A|-----------5--7--0--0--0--0--0--0--0--0--0--2--2--2--|
E|-----------------------------------------------------|
that's it. there are some tiny differences from the demo version (which i used to tab
it had a better sound) and the "you and me and the mountain" version which, for whatever
didn't have the bass power that the demo had, but you should be able to figure them out.
this was one of the easier bass lines to tab, i'll keep spewin' 'em out though.
