After spending an hour or so watching different recordings of Katy
Perry play this song, this is what I've come up with.  I'm pretty
sure it's correct, but even if it's not perfect it's still a lot
better than any other tab I've seen for this song.  You can refer

First let's define some chords.  For most chords, you should hit
the bass note alone, and then strum the full chord.  You can figure
out the strumming pattern yourself, it's not too hard.  Note that
each X* is essentially an open-E chord with X as the bass note.
