Here's what you do: If the Chords say "E*" then you do this:

If it says "A*" then you do this:

and the last little thingy is this:

Pretty weird to play it, but I didn't find anything that sounds better :P Let's call 
one "D*"

So here goes:
            E*
I feel good
                    E*
I knew that I would
          A*
I feel good
                    E*
I knew that I would
        D*
So good
       A (normal A)
So good
       E (normal E)
