(Here is where Jonny Buckland comes in. He just strums open strings
with his finger on the 12th fret on the A string. Then when they
get to the 3rd measure, or "f" he bends that 12th fret on the A
string to a 3/4 bend and release to standard pitch. He bends the
string four times each measure of [ F ] and [ F, Fsus2 ]. AKA the
third and fourth measures. I know it's confusing, just watch the
video carefully and you'll get it.)
Interlude- [ F cont'D ][ A#/Bb ][ F ][ F, Fsus2 ]x1
Outro- [ Dm7 ][ A#/Bb ][ F ][ F, Fsus2 ]x1
       Dm7 A#/Bb F Fsus2
            Oh, oooooooo, oooo-oooo-oooo, oooooooooooo

       Dm7 A#/Bb F Fsus2
            Oh, oooooooo, oooo-oooo-oooo, oooooooooooo
       Dm7 A#/Bb F Fsus2
            Ah, oooooooo, oooo-oooo-oooo, oooooooooooo

Then Chris Martin by himself for last part. Lowered volume of guitar too.
End on a downstroke of "F".

  Dm7 A#/Bb F (Downstroke)
        Oh, oooooooo, oooo-oooo-oooo, oooooooooooo
