On the recorded album, there's two guitars playing to add depth and smooth out the edges
this tab is a single guitar tab likewise to how jeff played it live when he was the
guitarist. i seriously spent a lot of time working on this tab so some comments and

intro - it's best if you press the last note, the 4 on the A string, with your middle
it sets you up for the hand position of the tapping in the verses. the last note of this
on the same beat as the first note of the verse.

tapping riff one - all tapping--every note is played with the pointer finger of the
hand. pay attention to which notes are hammered-on/pulled off, and which are simply
it's best if the root chord, 4-2-4, is held middle finger, pointer finger, and ring
respectively, becuase in the second tapping riff the pinky needs to be open to press 5 on the
string.
