Hi. Is quite difficult to play The Hill on guitar, which is originaly written for piano.
So, if you want to play just the chords, they are

G#mi, D#5+, B, E

D#5+ is usually played as

the tones of this accord are

for better bass-sound add the tone C# and do not play the "D string"
