You'll have to figure out the timing for yourself. There is also a lot a wah wah stuff in this song. I didn't indicate which parts use the wah pedal because I thought you could figure that out for yourself if you have one. This is just an example of the kind of thing Jeff plays for the intro. I can't write it out exactly, but I know it's based on this scale so it should give you the basic idea. Variations of this are repeated throughout various parts of the song.
