First one is F# Minor (e-9 B-10 G-11 D-11 A-9 E-X),the normal A string minor chord shape. The second chord, however, is sort of based around an E major(e-7 B-7 G-9 D-9 A-7 E-X), but it has an extra note added in which you can't just play with the ordinary chord...
