Hey, this song 'You and I' is by Michael Carreon featuring Kat Badar and
Jesse Barrera. This is a catchy song. I dunno what chords Jesse plays during
his solo, but I tried simplifying it by keeping a finger on the first fret 
of the low E string and hammering on the third fret. If you listen to song 
several times you'll get the hang of the rhythm.
