Ty Greenstein of Girlyman writes love songs with a depth of longing that we mere mortals 
only marvel at.  Here is my puny interpretation of one of her best.

Tuning: EADGAC#
Capo 1

Tune you guitar like this from standard tuning:
1. Lower your B [5th] string one whole step to A (2nd fret on the G string)
2. Lower your high E [6th] string 1-1/2 steps to C# (4th fret on your newly tuned A 
string)
3. Apply your capo to fret 1

Please tune carefully or it will sound like ass.  I play the low G note with my thumb 
the G chord as a bar.
