After the chorus the end bit of the chorus is through about six times and then it goes into part 2. Part 2: This is the bit where he gets nice and loud and everyone joins in. I think he uses distortion, phaser and tremolo as effects for this part so if you got those give �em a whirl and see if you can get it right. Remember: The forward slash between the chords at the top of the tab is a slide from chord to chord.
