(repeat chorus) (repeat bridge) () :verse3: we've tried to wash our hands of all of this we never talk of our lacking relationships and how we're guilt stricken sobbing with our heads on the floor we fell through the ice, when we tried not to slip, we'd say it... (repeat chorus) (repeat bridge) (repeat chorus and fade) ------------------------ There are some nice little hammer-off/on things going on with the A chord especially (Asus2, Asus4) that you can tinker with, but hopefully this will help get people started. Hint: In this phrasing... E A when I was young I knew everything I think it sounds real nice if you play a quick B chord over the word "knew", so it's like: E B A when I was young I knew everything You may or may not choose do to so but I thought it added a little snap. I "smell" that B in there somewhere, especially if you play the B without the high "e" string fingered, but open. 'course I'm doing this on an acoustic and trying to eek out a little extra "magic".
